Clinical Liaison / Healthcare Sales Professional, Seattle, WA
The Clinical Liaison initiates one on one dialog with potential referral sources and maintains positive relationships with current referral sources. They design, develop and drive cutting edge sales strategies designed to increase patient admissions that leverage Kindred’s core competence in providing hospital care for medically complex patients.
Through the building of long term relationships with these referring facilities and physicians, the Clinical Liaison will facilitate the identification and assessment of future patient admissions factoring in length of stay and level of acuity which should align with the outcomes expected from Kindred’s clinical expertise in rehabilitation and nursing.
This position will spend most of their time (80% or more) in the field, making presentations, assessing patients and building long term relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree and clinical licensure, in addition to having prior sales experience within the healthcare industry.
Education, Experience Certifications
- College degree required.
- Either an Associate’s degree with clinical licensure or Bachelor’s degree without clinical licensure.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clinical Licensure preferred. (RN/ LPN/ RT)
- Two years of former marketing/sales experience.
- Formal Sales Training.
- Demonstrated healthcare sales experience – lead generation, educating the referral source, persistent follow up and follow through on all leads as well as demonstrated experience working in a clinical setting directly involved with patient diagnosis and/or assessing acuity for complex patients preferred.
